A check valve prevents rainwater from entering the drainage system, avoiding saturation. Automatic disconnection occurs during ascent. Allow for 1.5 to 2 m of slack for electricity, water, and telephone lines, with loops secured under the structure by breakaway clamps in case of tension.

You maintain full control over activation—no civil engineering work or specialized personnel is required for installation.
One per system
Our automated system is the most advanced solution available. It operates autonomously using a water level sensor connected to robust hydraulic jacks. As soon as water rises, the system activates and lifts the mobile home up to 2 meters—without any human intervention. Powered by a battery with a dedicated hydraulic unit, it ensures reliable protection even during power outages or extreme weather conditions. Once the water recedes, the mobile home can be manually lowered, providing full security for your rentals—even in the event of an unexpected flood.
